Angels Family Day Program offers 3 services:

1.  Supported Community Connections (SCC): Our Day Program utilizes the community as a learning environment. Our members learn: 

• Independent Living Skills
• Community Engagement and Navigation 
• Social and Communication Skills 
• Learning, Creativity and Enrichment 
• Civic and Cultural Awareness
• Vocational Development 

2.  Specialized Habilitation: Our Day Program utilizes its unique layout to assist members become more self-sufficient. Our members learn: 

•   Communication and Social Skills 
• Daily Living and Self-Help Skills
• Mobility, Physical and Sensory Development 
• Emotional and Behavioral Support 
• Learning and Vocational Skills 
• Independent Leisure and Enrichment 

3.  Transportation: Day Program provides transportation from and to the members home, within a 10-mile radius.
